SOS - Retail Services holds General Contractor’s licenses in numerous states and can provide our Customers “turn-key” project implementation. We can develop the site, construct the building, install the fixtures graphics and décor, and merchandise the store. In conjunction with our strategic partners, Store Opening Solutions, and Koch Logistics we can transport, warehouse or consolidate all FF&E as well as construction material resulting in a single – source, start to finish process minimizing the need for internal Customer resources.

SOS-RS teams utilize our PRIMAS web based project management system to provide our Customers with a real time “window” into each project. PRIMAS allows for storage of all pertinent project documents in an easy to use, store centric environment, easily accessible to designated users who have a username, password and internet connection. Project schedules, milestones, daily progress and issue reports as well as photographs provide Customers with a clear picture of project status in real time.
